What We're Looking For

• We need a Video Editor who lives at the intersection of storytelling and technology. This is an AI-first role - you will be expected to work fluently with AI video tools alongside traditional editing to produce content faster, smarter, and at higher quality than what conventional editing alone can deliver.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools: RunwayML, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs
• Ability to create AI avatar / clone-based videos and product demo content
• Experience producing AI-generated ad creatives and short-form social content
• Eye for pacing, color grading, motion, and audio design
• Understanding of B2B content formats - case study films, product demos, LinkedIn reels
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines

About This Opportunity

At Olio MaXimus, the Video Editor is a creative technologist. You’ll produce brand films, AI product videos, clone-based spokesperson content, LinkedIn reels, trade show films, and performance ad creatives - all for B2B industrial and manufacturing clients who need video that works hard, not just looks good. You’ll be at the forefront of how AI is reshaping video production - using tools like HeyGen for AI presenter clones, RunwayML for generative visuals, and ElevenLabs for voice synthesis to deliver at scale without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce brand videos, case study films, product demos, and social reels
• Create AI avatar / clone-based presenter videos for clients using HeyGen or similar tools
• Produce AI-generated ad creatives optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta
• Develop AI product videos that demonstrate industrial equipment capabilities visually
• Collaborate on scripts, storyboards, and visual direction with the content team
• Motion graphics, basic 2D animation, and kinetic typography for brand content
• Deliver platform-optimized exports: LinkedIn (16:9), Instagram Reels (9:16), YouTube
• Stay current with AI video tools and bring new capabilities into the team workflow
