  • Data-driven approach — uses analytics to optimise strategy, not just validate gut feel.

About This Opportunity

We need a Content Strategist who is genuinely versatile — someone who can move between social media strategy, long-form website content, video scripts, brand communication frameworks, ad copy, blogs, and articles without losing quality or voice. B2B fluency is essential. Breadth is your superpower. At Olio MaXimus, the Content Strategist is the voice architect for our clients. This role is entirely location-flexible — Mumbai, Pune, or fully remote, we care about your output, not your postcode. You'll develop content roadmaps, LinkedIn editorial calendars, website content strategies, brand messaging frameworks, ad copy, and long-form authority content for B2B industrial clients. One week you may be writing a thought leadership script for a Director's LinkedIn profile; the next, a blog that ranks for a high-intent manufacturing keyword or a sharp ad headline for a Google campaign. Versatility between social media, website, video, brand communication, ads, and editorial is not optional here — it's what makes this role genuinely impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategies across social, website, email, and paid channels for B2B brands.
  • Write and edit website copy, landing pages, and blog articles optimised for SEO.
  • Plan and write LinkedIn content for brand pages and client director personal profiles.
  • Script video content: brand films, explainers, testimonials, reels, product demos.
  • Write performance ad copy for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns.
  • Develop brand communication guides — tone of voice, messaging pillars, content hierarchy.
  • Build and maintain editorial calendars for ongoing client content programs.
  • Track content performance and use data to refine strategy continuously.
  • Brief designers and video editors with clear audience, objective, and messaging context.
