About This Opportunity

We need an Account Manager who is a strategic communicator and execution driver — someone who builds client relationships that go beyond status calls. You'll be the connective tissue between clients and the Olio MaXimus team, ensuring every engagement is intentional, well-managed, and outcome-driven. At Olio MaXimus, Account Managers own client relationships — not just delivery. You'll understand each client's business deeply enough to proactively guide the engagement, challenge assumptions where needed, and bring strategic perspective to every touchpoint. You'll collaborate internally with SEO, creative, performance, and content specialists to ensure seamless execution — and be the person clients trust to translate complexity into clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client relationship management for a defined portfolio of accounts.
  • Lead client onboarding, strategy alignment sessions, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and present expansion plans proactively.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and translate data into client-facing insights.
  • Handle escalations swiftly, maintaining client confidence and retention.
  • Maintain a structured CRM pipeline with up-to-date account notes and next steps.
  • Represent Olio MaXimus in client calls, presentations, and review meetings.
